Shipping Policy

We process your order within one to two business days after we receive your payment. Please allows 3-7 business days for the delivery on average. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Shipping & Handling charges are not negotiable. We use the following carriers -

Return Policy

Customers must obtain a RMA(Return Merchandize Authorization) number before shipping the product back. RMA number can be obtained by contacting service@scottsradiocontrolledhelicopters.com and providing detailed description of your problem. Upon approval, RMA number will be issued via email within one to two business days.

* Returned item must be in original condition and packing.

* Customers must return items at his/her own cost. No exceptions.

* Customers must include the fully completed RMA Request Form (Click on red link) along with a copy of original invoice in the returned package.

* Customers must clearly label RMA number outside the packaging.

* Returned item without a proper RMA number will be refused.
